Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management
Maintain continuity of care through regular follow-ups and health education
Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Document and manage patient records using EMR systems
Participate in clinical quality initiatives and team meetings
Qualification
Required
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
Active or eligible Washington State medical license
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
