10+ years expMergen IT LLC is seeking an SAP PP/DS Solution Architect to implement Production Planning solutions in the Automotive industry. The role requires extensive experience in SAP Production Planning and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities
Experience implementing Production Planning solutions (SAP ePP/DS) in an Automotive or any discrete manufacturing industry is required
Minimum 10+ years of Implementing S/4HANA Production Planning and other related planning solutions is required
In depth experience in SAP – Production Planning and Detail Scheduling capabilities - interactive production planning, Detailed scheduling, Pegging, Production Planning table, Planning board, constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning, Multilevel Scheduling and sequencing is required
Experience in Cross-Location Planning, Automated Responses to changes in planning situation Multi-Level Constraint based Production Plan, Sub-daily Buckets, Telescopic Time Buckets, Time Dependent Safety Stock is required
In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Distribution planning and Service planning are required
Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired
Experience in Automotive manufacturing or Repetitive manufacturing industry is preferred
Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional social skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of team members at all levels of the organization
Work on onshore/ Offshore model
Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Understand customer, translate business needs to definition and design also cascade effectively to offshore team to get the work done effectively and timely

10 – 15 Yrs Relevant Experience
