Responsibilities

Works effectively both independently and in collaboration with CloudMasonry and customer team members to drive customer satisfaction and success

Oversees and takes full accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work

Exercises independent judgment and can lead enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight from a director or engagement manager

Facilitates meetings effectively, demonstrates strong brainstorming and consensus-building skills, and confidently engages with executive-level project sponsors

Frequently called upon to take a leadership role in CloudMasonry sales initiatives within areas of expertise

Drives project delivery by managing cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and enforcing best practices across Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models

Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring delivery commitments are met and client expectations are effectively managed

Owns risk identification and mitigation planning, escalating critical issues with well-defined recommendations and impact assessments

Manages project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project burn rate to ensure alignment with scope. Proactively communicates budget status and risks to internal and client stakeholders
