Responsibilities
Initiate, coordinate, and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in Windchill
Support the Receiving Inspection team by ensuring inspection requirements reflect current engineering changes
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to implement approved changes
Ensure accurate documentation and data consistency across the PLM (Windchill) system
Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies related to incoming materials and inspections
Maintain compliance with internal quality systems and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
6 months to 2 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing support, or engineering change management
Experience with Engineering Change Control/Management processes (ECR, ECN)
Hands-on experience with Windchill or a similar PLM system
Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems
Strong attention to detail with solid technical and problem-solving skills
