Responsibilities
Connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements
Earn uncapped commission opportunity with sales leads provided by ARS
Travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in a company-provided work vehicle
Put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
Go into attics and crawl spaces regularly
Qualification
Required
Prior experience selling residential services in the home
Some locations may require HVAC-specific experience
Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in a company-provided work vehicle
A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends
Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces regularly
All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screens, background checks, and must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
