Slot Host-Full Time

Caesars Entertainment is dedicated to providing people with possibilities and places to have fun. The Slot Host is responsible for creating a fun atmosphere in the casino, encouraging guests to sign up for Club Eldorado and assisting in coupon/prize distribution while providing excellent customer service.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, courteous, professional service to all patrons of the casino
Exhibit professionalism during all guest and employee interactions
Technical skills
Must have patience when dealing with guests
Pleasant and outgoing attitude
Attending special events
Daily inventory of supplies
Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills, observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests
Must be able to answer phones and display a consistently positive attitude. Must have basic job knowledge and a complete understanding of Club Eldorado
Must accurately, neatly, and thoroughly complete assigned tasks
Enter and edit data quickly (mainly new application sign-ups); all should be edited at the point of 'sale'
Prevent duplicate accounts being given
Must be multi-task oriented. Answer phones in a friendly and speedy manner reciting script provided
Must understand hotel functions on the computer
Must be self-motivated and willing to ask questions about projects and procedures
Must be over 21 years of age to work on casino floor
Excellent public speaking and communication required
Must be able to handle stressful situations professionally
Must be able to walk or stand for eight hours
Must have excellent hearing to understand what is being said in a noisy atmosphere
Bring a positive and energetic personality
Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service
Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Certificate/License: Gaming License required
