Regional Service Specialist
BHS is an innovative company focused on delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The Regional Service Specialist will act as a key player in driving customer relationships and provide pre- and post-sales support while traveling to engage with clients primarily in California.

Responsibilities
Act as the go-to expert for pre- and post-sales support across all product lines and systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory, with a primary focus on California
Provide on-site service education, preventive maintenance recommendations, and parts solutions
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to improve product performance
Document all customer interactions in CRM and ERP systems
Drive sales for BHS parts and services through proactive engagement and relationship management
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Nihot, BHS, NRT, ZWE, and Controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR 5+ years in outside sales/service in manufacturing
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively—up to 80%, primarily to California clients
Proven track record in managing and growing customer relationships
