Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day VTC operations, including scheduling, initiation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Support secure and non-secure VTC environments in accordance with DISN and DCTN requirements
Coordinate multi-site and cross-organization VTC events
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for VTC-related issues
Provide direct support to senior leadership, command staff, and external participants
Assist customers with Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and DoD-approved conferencing tools
Support high-visibility meetings, briefings, and command events
Maintain VTC logs, schedules, and operational documentation
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and information assurance requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience operating VTCs within the Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network (DCTN) or equivalent environment
Preferably 2 years of experience using DISN Video Services II
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or related field OR four additional years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
