Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Implementation Managers, fostering accountability, adaptability, and professional growth

Build and support strong Consultant and Member relationships; serve as an escalation point to ensure responsiveness and a consistently positive customer experience

Execute departmental strategy and own the outcome by translating company vision and priorities into actionable team goals, and driving adoption of improved workflows, tools, and best practices through effective change management

Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Underwriting, Account Management, and Cost Containment Operations, to ensure seamless handoffs, operational alignment, and a unified client experience

Leverage data and performance insights to identify trends and drive processes, team, and system improvements that support scale and predictability

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; PMP certification a plus

5+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or project management, including 2+ years leading teams; experience in health benefits, stop-loss, or insurance industries strongly preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and customer experience

Demonstrated ability to execute strategy, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results through others

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to performance and process improvement, with experience using tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and InspirePlanner (or similar project management tools)

Strategic, growth-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
