Privacy Training Specialist
The California Department of Health Care Access and Information is dedicated to ensuring healthcare access for all Californians. They are seeking a Privacy Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and enhance training content related to privacy laws and regulations, while also assisting with the production of training materials and providing support to learners regarding privacy practices.

Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, assess, and enhance Privacy program training content for HCAI consistent with federal/state privacy laws and regulations
Provide general (all staff) and specific (role-based) training content to all levels of management and staff in the Department
Develop training assessments to assist the Privacy program with continuous improvement activities and learner performance metrics
Assist with the production of training materials, including multimedia development such as videos, audio recordings, infographics, and mixed web content
Possess strong written and verbal skills
Engage as a public-speaking teacher-facilitator with a high degree of professional decorum in group settings
Seek feedback from learners and adjust engagement techniques to achieve high learner satisfaction
Assist learners outside of training settings with questions related to correct privacy practices and procedures
Respond to calls or emails regarding privacy practices and procedures
Assist with general Privacy program needs as required
