Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
Support clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-ups
Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
Comfortable on video and familiar with digital collaboration tools
Motivated by purpose-driven work and helping others
Authorized to work in the U.S
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop/PC with a webcam
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service or client relations (preferred but not required)
