Responsibilities

Guide the educational, operational, financial, and cultural success of the center

Oversee daily operations such as staff scheduling, curriculum implementation, health and safety compliance, and licensing standards

Support and inspire your team through strong, clear communication

Balance nurturing classroom environments with financial performance and community engagement

Qualification

Required

Must pass required state and company background checks

Must have Director Certification (DII qualification)

3-10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management

Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development

Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations

Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
