Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm looking for a Cyber Administrative Assistant to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves assisting attorneys with daily tasks, managing documents and schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the Cyber Group.

Responsibilities

Assisting attorneys in everyday tasks

Conduct intake process for new matters

Profiling and organization of e-mails and documents in Prolaw

Scheduling of conference calls, video conferences and other meetings via Teams as needed

Opening, maintaining, and closing of Prolaw matters

Creating, editing, and finalizing documents in MS Word through Prolaw in a variety of ways

Data entry of calendar events

Review, track, and communicate calendar events on a regular basis with attorney(s) and/or forensic vendors

Enter billable time entries into Prolaw

Proofread prepared materials for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content

Qualification

Required

High School diploma required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment

Preferred

Computer skills preferred; data entry and/or billing experience preferred

1-3 years of customer service experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred
