Deliver top-tier service to both internal partners and external clients through efficient, accurate loan servicing

Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and day-to-day staff management to support operational goals

Direct monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy and financial integrity
Introduce, refine, and implement procedures that elevate accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and overall service levels

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, banking, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in loan operations or a related field
Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience with a proven record of developing high-performing teams
Strong operational background with demonstrated ability to manage departmental functions effectively
Advanced computer proficiency, including mastery of Microsoft Office and similar tools
Working knowledge of bank audit standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policy compliance
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
Ability to balance meticulous attention to detail with strategic decision-making
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
