Maintain safety records, training documentation, and compliance files
Support safety training coordination and onboarding requirements
Assist with OSHA inspection preparation and regulatory documentation
Track safety metrics and support reporting efforts
Support incident documentation and follow-up actions
Coordinate safety communications across teams

Qualification

Required

1+ years of administrative experience with strong attention to detail
Interest in construction safety and regulatory compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort working with digital systems and documentation tools
