Responsibilities
Build a lean, scalable IT & OT organization with clear ownership and accountability
Establish operating rhythms, standards, and processes that support consistent service delivery and team growth
Own the cybersecurity strategy across both IT and OT environments, including identity, endpoint protection, and incident response
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements while proactively reducing technology risk
Partner with Engineering, Data, and Operations to manage shared infrastructure and access requirements
Support high availability, performance, and reliability across corporate and operational systems
Design and manage Single Sign-On and identity and access management platforms
Oversee corporate cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability and resilience
Manage technology budgets, vendors, and contractors with discipline and transparency
Lead the evaluation and rollout of new tools that improve productivity and security
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in corporate IT, infrastructure, or technology operations
Proven experience building and leading technology teams in high-growth environments
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, including identity management, endpoint security, and risk mitigation
Hands-on experience with SSO, identity platforms, and cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with Operational Technology standards for power generation assets is a plus
Experience with IT automation and zero-trust security models will help you succeed
