Responsibilities

Architect and automate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and incident response systems

Ensure infrastructure meets rigorous security and compliance standards

Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive performance, resilience, and velocity

Champion DevSecOps best practices and mentor engineers across disciplines

Participate in architecture reviews and influence system design for scalability and maintainability

Required

10–15 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years in a senior technical role

Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, automation, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)

Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java

Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and GitOps workflows

Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Solid understanding of secure cloud operations and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure

Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd)

Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or data-intensive workloads

Proven leadership in scaling DevOps practices across large teams or organizations

Passion for automation, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement
