Responsibilities

Test, evaluate, and analyze integrated software and hardware wireless communication systems, with an emphasis on product-level validation testing

Plan and execute laboratory and field testing, including system demonstrations, product training, third-party accessory integration (e.g., antennas, headsets, power solutions, cameras, microphones), application testing (voice, IP data, video), and documentation—strongly focused on IP networking

Perform high-level log analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of functional and performance issues; investigate field failures and anomalies through log review and issue reproduction

Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to planning activities for the Product Validation (PV) Test Team

Provide Voice of the Customer (VoC) input by capturing user expectations, preferences, and pain points, and communicating recommended feature updates to the Product Management team
