Troubleshooting customer issues
Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service interactions
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Dedication to delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences
