Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing clinician activities, contributing to the development of key performance indicators, both qualitative and quantitative performance expectations
Build team capability through ongoing training and mentorship. Collaborate with our training and development department to execute current learning objectives and help develop new training initiatives for our clinicians
Participate with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive execution of patient engagement initiatives and operational KPIs
Create new clinical value materials to help improve the performance of our teams and patient satisfaction
Remain current on market trend information and gain input information from major clinical groups through direct contact, organizations, and vendors
Help coordinate and lead the onboarding of new clinicians
Oversee provider contract amendments, renewals, and ongoing contract reviews. Ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in operational practices, compensation, and expense approvals
Serve as the primary approver for doctor expense reports, ensuring compliance with contractual allowances and internal policies
Partner with legal, HR, and leadership to support contract compliance and consistency
Lead biannual audits of all licensed employees to ensure current and compliant licensure
Ensure malpractice policies and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are established prior to provider start dates and only after all onboarding requirements (including Podio completion) are finalized
Coordinate timely removal of providers from malpractice policies upon termination
Act as a key operational liaison between RDDs and corporate leadership
Maintain and oversee the provider separation process, including completion of separation forms and updates to termination communications
Ensure accurate, timely updates to provider records throughout onboarding, active employment, and separation
Review and support discussions related to doctor compensation adjustments, including draw changes and payroll updates, in collaboration with HR and Payroll
Approve provider payments related to Invisalign and other designated clinical programs

Required

Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, business, or operations-related field preferred
5–8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or provider management (dental experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing provider contracts, compensation structures, and compliance processes
Strong working knowledge of licensure requirements, malpractice coverage, and provider onboarding/offboarding
Experience partnering with senior clinical leaders and regional leadership teams
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and corporate stakeholders
