Boomerang Healthcare is a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers focused on treating pain and helping patients return to normal activities. They are seeking an Outbound Scheduling Coordinator to establish contact with patients for scheduling treatments, coordinate necessary accommodations, and maintain accurate records within the Electronic Medical Record system.

Responsibilities

Communicate with patients for scheduling and scheduling needs
Will coordinate to gain approval for transportation, interpreter, and lodging accommodations
Navigate and maintain scheduler within the EMR
Enter data and information in the desired database locations
Communicate with IPM staff to ensure patients are being treated
Maintain confidentiality regarding patients’ personal information
Maintain positive relationships with patients and peers
Become familiar with the California Worker’s Comp Labor Code
Completion of the required tasks within the desired deadline
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Ability to multitask
Ability to follow directives
Excellent customer service
Professional demeanor and appearance
Efficient with time management
Experience with coordinating between different departments
Assumes other responsibilities as appropriate to the position and organizational needs

Required
