Responsibilities

Shape AI Strategy – Lead our AI and machine learning roadmap to drive innovation and business impact
Drive AI Projects – Oversee AI/ML initiatives from idea to implementation, ensuring they scale effectively and align with company goals
Manage Data Systems – Ensure strong data governance and build reliable pipelines for collecting, storing, and processing high-quality data
Partner Across Teams – Collaborate with departments across the business to identify opportunities and integrate AI solutions that add value
Select the Right Tools – Choose and implement the best AI platforms and technologies, working closely with IT to support scalability
Measure Success – Set clear KPIs for AI initiatives and continuously optimize model performance for accuracy and fairness

Required

Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field
8–10+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 5+ years in a leadership role

Strong technical skills in AI/ML frameworks, big data tools, and cloud platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
