Responsibilities

Train clients on how to use software solutions to improve business operations, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement

Lead the way on software implementation, turning big ideas into seamless, working systems

Performs or assists with testing, data mapping, conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment

Keep consulting projects on track while building lasting, trusted relationships with clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers

Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints

Proven client-centered commitment and focus

Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
