Outside Sales Representative
Monarch Office Furniture is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals. The role involves prospecting and developing new business through B2B sales while managing a personal pipeline from lead generation to close.

Prospect and develop new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales
Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and site visits
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through close
Learn Monarch’s product offerings through training and hands-on experience
Represent the Monarch brand with professionalism and confidence in the field
Qualification
Required
A proven hunter with strong B2B sales experience
Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door, and outbound prospecting
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Able to “plug and play” while learning a new product line
Confident working in a 100% commission environment
Excellent communicator with strong follow-up skills
