The role involves ensuring continuity and delivery across multiple strategic initiatives and requires strong coordination across various functional areas.

Responsibilities
Own portfolio and program management across all four pillars
Plan and manage roadmaps, priorities, and cross-initiative dependencies
Provide consistent portfolio-level reporting to leadership
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Engineering teams
Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
Support organizational change, including:
New operating models
Standardized reporting and tracking
Adoption of new ways of working
Partner closely with:
A sister Program Manager (onboarding and portfolio alignment)
Three newly realigned managers to stabilize team structure
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with (Jira & Confluence)
Ability to build plans, manage issue hierarchies, and oversee roadmaps
Tech industry experience (strongly preferred)
Background working with both business and engineering teams
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Comfort operating at a portfolio level rather than deep specialization
Preferred
Jira Product Discovery experience
RevOps or Quote-to-Cash systems knowledge
Experience in global or distributed organizations
