The Fire Service Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling service agreements and solutions to existing customers and prospects, while developing and maintaining customer relationships and conducting outside sales calls.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads

Communicates with customers and leads to identify product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs

Develops a solid understanding of company product and services offered

Demonstrates functions and utility of products or services to customers through presentations and seminars

Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale

Maintains detailed reports of sales activities

Provides periodic territory sales forecasts

Perform other duties assigned by management
