Responsibilities

Manage the full franchise recruitment lifecycle: lead qualification, discovery calls, presentations, validation, and franchise award
Act as a trusted advisor to franchise candidates, helping them assess fit, territory, and investment readiness
Own and consistently hit franchise recruitment targets across USA and APAC
Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, webinars, referrals, and events
Proactively source and nurture outbound prospects where required
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using HubSpot
Work closely with marketing to optimise lead quality and conversion rates
Partner with leadership, operations, and legal teams through the approval and onboarding process
Support franchise validation by coordinating calls with existing franchise partners
Improve recruitment scripts, discovery frameworks, and candidate journey
Ensure compliance with franchise regulations across regions (with internal/legal support)
Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, cycle time, and cost per award

Required

5+ years' experience in franchise recruitment, franchise sales, or high-ticket B2B sales
Proven success managing a full sales cycle with complex decision-making
Strong consultative selling and qualification skills
Commercially driven with a clear understanding of ROI-based selling
Excellent communication skills (video, phone, and written)
Highly organised, process-oriented, and CRM savvy
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones
Experience in professional services, technology, consulting, or outsourcing franchises
Exposure to APAC markets (Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia)
Understanding of franchise disclosure and compliance processes
