Handle inbound calls with current clients
Resolve customer questions and service issues
Gain trust of existing policyholders by creating connections and building relationships
Cross-sell/upsell additional insurance products during calls
Study for and pass a Life & Health Insurance exam within 45 days (we provide study materials, paid training, and support)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must work onsite in professional dress attire
Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service
Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired
