Responsibilities

With supervision, manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements

Assist with the maintenance of status reports and project metrics and appropriately triage and categorize all incoming work

Understand dependencies between project issues, external influences, etc

Interact with supervision, with project team members (business, clinical and technical team members), vendors, finance personnel, and Mercy multiple functional or support departments

Provide information to project team members regarding operational, change management, and trial management strategies and opportunities

Initiate coordination of and facilitate the usage of various datasets, databases and medical records systems necessary to facilitate study start-up, conduct and support

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year healthcare or clinical experience demonstrating capabilities and success applicable to the role. Demonstrated experience may be gained from prior roles, through completion of college degrees, or a combination of applicable professional and educational experiences
