Responsibilities

Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with product vision and business objectives

Understand customer operations and how our products can deliver value and help maximize operational efficiency

Prioritize features and stories within sprints to maximize customer value

Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, understood, and properly estimated

Facilitate sprint planning, discovery sessions, and translation of requirements into actionable user stories

Review and analyze product performance and present well researched ideas on how to improve customer experience

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure features meet customer needs and are delivered on schedule

Serve as a subject matter expert for the product domain and a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Partner with development, design, and QA teams to maintain product quality and consistency

Stay current with industry trends and Agile best practices to drive product innovation

Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role

Hands-on experience with business process and requirements analysis

Strong understanding of complex systems

Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with user-centered design principles

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority

Some travel may be required
