Buyer - Indirect Procurement

Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contract compliance for indirect spend
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of services
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk for non-contract spend
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with center-supported governance policies
Support supplier performance reviews and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service
Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation and process improvement
Assist in implementing procurement systems and tools for indirect purchasing efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect categories
Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier negotiation
Proficiency in procurement systems (Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a center-supported procurement model and collaborate across multiple business units
This position may require occasional travel to supplier sites or company locations (up to 10%)
