Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building referral source relationships and growing census and quality mix within the community. You will work closely with various healthcare settings to provide information and assistance to prospective residents and their families.

Building referral source relationships in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community

Build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market

Work with acute care and other referral sources

Provide prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance

Required

Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required

Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning

Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting

Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed

Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally

Professional image in both appearance and behavior

Excellent written and oral communication skills
