Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance web applications and databases from product backlog requirements
Create and execute test plans; automate tests where practical
Troubleshoot defects, perform maintenance, and deliver incremental enhancements
Draft, update, and maintain end-user guides and technical documentation
Collaborate with a cross-functional team (PM, product managers, stakeholders) during sprint ceremonies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of application development experience or a four-year degree in a relevant field
Hands-on experience with modern web stacks (e.g., JavaScript/HTML/CSS)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in an Agile/Scrum cadence
Able to obtain/maintain DOE L clearance (some efforts may require Q)
Preferred
ServiceNow platform experience
Experience in federal or highly regulated environments
Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps (boards, user stories, sprint reporting)
