Human Resources Business Partner
Astrix is a global medical device leader seeking a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner to lead employee relations investigation services. The role focuses on conducting impartial investigations, delivering actionable data insights, and supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture and compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead investigations into employee relations matters (e.g., harassment, discrimination, policy violations) in compliance with global labor laws and company policies
Partner with HR, Legal, Integrity & Compliance, Global Security, and leadership throughout the investigation process
Produce clear, timely investigation reports with findings and recommendations
Analyze investigation data to identify trends, maintain metrics, and deliver quarterly insights to senior management
Support company initiatives, including DEI efforts, training development, and policy reviews
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of employee relations investigation experience, including global investigations
Strong knowledge of international labor laws
Experience with data analytics and executive-level reporting
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience working within medical device, pharma, or biotechnology industries
