HR Business Partner
Empower Partnerships is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a large field-based and blue-collar workforce across the mid-west and west coast. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leaders, driving employee relations, talent strategies, compliance, and HR processes that support a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities
Support field leaders and frontline employees with HR guidance, employee relations, and policy interpretation
Oversee talent acquisition support, onboarding/offboarding, and internal mobility processes
Manage LOA administration, benefits inquiries, and day-to-day HR operations
Lead investigations, resolve complex employee relations matters, and ensure regulatory compliance
Partner with leaders on performance coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development
Monitor HR trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, retention, and culture
Qualification
Required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
HRBP experience supporting field, operations, or blue-collar employees required
Strong experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in the Scottsdale, AZ office and travel up to 30%
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
