Responsibilities
Maintain an upbeat, professional, and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions, including wholesale accounts
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
Process new orders, update existing ones, and ensure smooth communication with relevant teams
Assist customers in selecting and customizing their mats, ensuring all specifications are met
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing customers and potential companies, aiming to drive additional orders and revenue
Address and resolve any customer concerns efficiently, aiming for long-term satisfaction
Occasionally assist walk-in customers at our facility
Qualification
Required
Upbeat, driven, self-motivated, and passionate about providing excellent customer service
Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, on-site in Indian Land, SC
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
Ability to lift 25 pounds when needed (occasionally required)
Enthusiasm for professional growth and opportunities within the company
Preferred
Prior sales experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
