Receptionist duties including scheduling appointments

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Takes pride in maintaining an impeccable environment through light cleaning of common areas and restrooms
Openness to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments
Availability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends as necessary
Exhibits a professional appearance and manner at all times
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or in a front desk position in the beauty related industry
