Draft, negotiate, and provide counsel on channel sales distribution agreements, product sales and marketing programs/incentives, and other customer agreements using AMD templates and playbooks
Assist with pre-contract activities, including negotiation support, client coordination, gathering agreement terms from stakeholders, and obtaining necessary approvals prior to execution
