Responsibilities
Assist with the management and oversight of construction activities conducted by third-party vendors, both on-site and in-office and Construction
Support the maintenance and effective operation of the Project Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring accurate tracking of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Contribute to the development of project schedules and cost forecasts to enable efficient planning and control
Coordinate daily communications regarding project updates between client agencies, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure that all work adheres to safety standards and regulations
Provide administrative and logistical support to senior project managers, including document control and reporting
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields from an accredited institution: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or Public Administration. OR A Master's degree in Architecture (first professional degree) from an accredited institution
OSHA 10 certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
