They are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Analyst to serve as a primary specialist for facilities planned maintenance, build preventative maintenance schedules, and monitor work request queues, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary specialist and resource regarding facilities planned maintenance and recurring work standardization and scheduling

Build and deploy preventative and predictive maintenance schedules

Design dashboards and self-service reports utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Reports Module

Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources

Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide recommendations

Ensure strict configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents

Prepare and facilitate corporate real estate maintenance plan training

Monitor and manage work request queues for telecommuters; re-route requests accordingly

Monitor move/add/change integration error reports; route requests accordingly and report any significant integration issues affecting service delivery times

Assist maintenance teams with configuring, loading, and decommissioning equipment assets in the CMMS system, associating equipment assets with schedules, and creating or modifying maintenance procedures
