Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Over five years of experience in treasury management, with a proven track record of success and demonstrated experience in a similar role

Maintains a high degree of confidentiality regarding financial matters

Strong analytical skills, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and experience in accounting/treasury management software (e.g., Lawson, Remitra) and accounting principles (GAAP)

Works cooperatively and effectively with management and teammates in a financial advisory capacity

Strong experience in developing and reviewing Microsoft Excel based financial models

Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

Accountable for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy
