Client Service Associate
CIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide administrative support for high-net-worth client accounts. The role involves acting as a trusted partner to the Relationship Management team and ensuring accurate completion of account administrative duties while enhancing client experiences.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate a passionate commitment to serving clients in the accurate completion of account administrative duties such as preparing correspondence and maintaining files
Prepare materials for client meetings
Arrange new account packets and open new accounts
Research client inquiries and bring about timely resolution
Run client statements, tax reports and ad hoc reports
Provide documentation for clients’ annual reviews
Manage clients’ tax payments, annual IRA contributions/required minimum distributions
Willingness to accept advanced responsibilities such as preparing asset allocations, and performance reporting
Display initiative and exhibit the ability to work without direction
Effectively collaborate with colleagues to exceed clients’ expectations
Apply newly acquired knowledge to systems, processes and situations with proficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years' experience in trust and/or investments
Internship in Wealth Management a plus
