Altenar is an international IT company specializing in high-load software development for the iGaming industry. They are seeking a SaaS Administrator to manage, optimize, and support their suite of cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless operations and security compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access policies across SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Jira, DocuSign)
Configure and customise applications to fit business requirements
Track system performance, uptime, and usage analytics
Identify inefficiencies and propose optimisations
Implement and manage integrations between SaaS tools using APIs or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier)
Maintain documentation of workflows and processes
Coordinate vendors and service providers and define specifications for procurement
Troubleshoot SaaS-related issues and collaborate with vendors when necessary
Conduct training sessions and create user and administration guides
Track subscription usage, renewals, and licensing costs
Evaluate and recommend new tools based on departmental needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business operations, IT coordination, or CIT-related roles
Proven experience managing SaaS platforms in a corporate or enterprise environment
Solid understanding of key IT security concepts and knowledge of ISO27001 requirements
Solid understanding and experience with multi-factor authentication systems, and Identity Management systems based on LDAP, Kerberos and OAuth2
Strong understanding of identity management, access control, and cloud security principles
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions
Proficiency in tools such as ERP, CRM, ITSM, or workflow management platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively in English
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Calm, organised, patient disposition, and happy to work with other technical users in a respectful environment
Ability to communicate well with different business stakeholders to define technical requirements for business processes
Good customer relationship skills
Ability to work on own initiative and has a good sense of teamwork and knowledge sharing
Take ownership of tasks, possess strong organisation, self-management and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred

Industry certifications in Salesforce, Zendesk and others are desired
Approaching problems with a solution-focused mindset
