Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
Customize Power Apps Portals with Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Implement Dataverse schema, entities, relationships, business rules, and security models
Build and consume REST APIs for system integrations
Develop custom web resources and extend functionality using C# and JavaScript
Apply web development best practices across UI and UX
Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
Build and support custom middleware solutions
Work with authentication, identity, and security models across integrated systems
Manage source code using version control tools
Build and maintain DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Support ALM practices including managed and unmanaged solutions
Participate in full application lifecycle management from design through deployment
Maintain structured technical documentation
Work within Agile project teams using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Boards
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution
Deliver clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide excellent customer service and user support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE or CRM
5+ years of experience developing Dynamics-based solutions
4+ years of experience with Power Apps development including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
Strong experience with Power Apps Portals and customization
Expertise with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Proficient in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Liquid
Strong understanding of Dataverse, REST APIs, authentication, and security models
Experience with structured development lifecycles and version control
Familiarity with ALM and deployment strategies
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Customer focused mindset
Preferred
Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions
Experience building or supporting custom middleware integrations
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
Experience working within Agile project environments using Jira or Azure DevOps
