Support P&L oversight and consolidated financial statements
Assist with audit coordination and compliance processes
Manage and review construction draws and investment-related financial activity

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Support financial operations across multiple business entities and departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proven experience managing cash flow and complex financial structures
Background in treasury management and audit support
Ability to work in a hands-on, highly collaborative environment
High level of discretion, and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, real estate, construction, or investment environments preferred
