The Compensation, Benefits & Performance Lead will design, implement, and manage Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM while driving compensation and performance management initiatives within the HR team.

Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key
Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions
Uphold Switch’s Karma philosophy— leading with integrity and empowering those around you
Facilitate the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits Management modules
Support Director, Compensation in implementing and managing compensation cycles (merit, bonus)
Develop compensation dashboards that support making compensation decisions and reveal compensation trends
Align module capabilities with HR and total rewards strategies
Enable configuration of performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and learning processes
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Support testing, training, cutover, and adoption
Provide post–go-live support, enhancements, and improvements
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

Required

5–7 years of progressive HR experience (Compensation, Talent Management, HRIS)
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits Management
Strong understanding of HR processes, rewards configuration alternatives, and performance management practices
Experience supporting system implementations, user adoption, and long-term functional support
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
