Responsibilities

Provision and configure telecommunications services and solutions for customers accurately and efficiently

Verify customer orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and correct

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm service requirements and timelines

Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, ensuring a smooth deployment process

Maintain and update internal documentation and records related to provisioning activities

Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and services

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provisioning processes and workflows

Required

1-3 years of experience in a provisioning, configuration, or similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry

Proficiency in using provisioning tools and CRM systems

Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members
