Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students ages 5-19

Choose your specialty: family therapy (ages 5-12), individual therapy (ages 10-19), or both

Build trusted relationships with students and families

Collaborate with school counselors and other providers

Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Contribute to the development of clinical programs

Qualification

Required

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPC, or LMFT credentials in the State of Virginia

Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings

Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection

Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity

Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)

Preferred

Spanish fluency preferred: Ability to conduct therapy sessions in Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our Spanish-speaking students and families
