Responsibilities

Oversee the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
Manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls throughout the consolidation process
Partner with regional finance teams to resolve consolidation issues and ensure proper reporting alignment
Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, or similar)
Support external audit requirements related to consolidated financial statements
Assist with integration of acquisitions into the consolidation process
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting
Lead and develop staff, providing guidance and mentorship

Required

Preferred

B.S. or B.A. in Accounting
CPA preferred
6+ years relevant experience, including consolidations experience in a public company or public accounting firm
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles
Experience with consolidation systems (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
