Oversee preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns
Identify tax minimization strategies and provide proactive guidance to clients
Mentor and develop junior tax staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
Partner with leadership to improve tax processes and ensure quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax experience
Strong technical tax knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts
Preferred
CPA or equivalent tax credential
